Walking Meditation, Personal Development Starts With A Healthy Mind And Body

How to walk your way to enlightenment.

Just as a gardener cultivates his plot, keeping it free from weeds, and growing the flowers and fruits which he requires, so may a man tend the garden of his mind, weeding out all the wrong, useless, and impure thoughts, and cultivating toward perfection the flowers and fruits of right, useful, and pure thoughts. By pursuing this process, a man sooner or later discovers that he is the master-gardener of his soul, the director of his life. He also reveals, within himself, the laws of thought, and understands, with ever-increasing accuracy, how the thought-forces and mind elements operate in the shaping of his character, circumstances, and destiny. -James Allen

Step 1. Get measured for good walking shoes.

Step 2. Buy an easy to programme podameter.

Step 3. Commit 1oo% to walking 10k steps each day

step 4. Dont think about it, just do it. Take the action. Walk.

step 5. When you start to get bored do a gratitude list in your head. Not things you should be grateful for, but things you are really honestly grateful for.

step 6. Turn of you mobile and take the headphones out of your ears.

step 7. Just do it. Watch the weight fall off, observe the mind getting calmer and stiller and enjoy the miracles that will happen to you as you walk. You dont need any meditation training or discipline, just bring the mind back to the present moment, watch how it tells you stories about the past and the future and thank it, then gently bring it back to the present moment.

step 8. Write out some wonderful affirmations and chant them to yourself. One of my favorities. I have the most beautiful heart and immense light to share with the world, so dont push it just let it unfold.

Step 9. wash, rinse and repeat
