THE BEEF AND GARLIC WITH OYSTER SAUCE STIR FRY: The recipe can yield two servings and is considered a main dish or a full meal. It is fast and easy to prepare where preparation time is only fifteen minutes and cooking time is actually five minutes.
Two hundred fifty grams of sirloin steak, thinly sliced into strips of chunks
One clove of garlic, chopped into small pieces
One small onion, sliced thinly
One small red bell pepper sliced into strips
One small green bell pepper sliced into strips
Three tablespoons of oyster sauce
Four tablespoons of chicken stock or broth
One teaspoon of brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
One teaspoon of sesame oil
One piece of Spring onions chopped
Toasted Sesame seeds for garnishing
Start by preparing your ingredients according to the list of ingredients in the recipe. Measure your condiments precisely to avoid too much saltiness in the dish. Make sure your ingredients are fresh, but you may use frozen sirloin. If frozen, thaw the sirloin before cutting them into your desired pieces.
